We are seeking a caring and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support older people in their own homes across Kilkenny.
The role involves providing practical and personal support to clients, helping them remain independent and comfortable in their own homes.
Key duties may include:
Personal care and companionship
Assistance with meals and light household tasks
Supporting clients with daily routines
Providing friendly, respectful and dependable care
Keeping basic care notes where required
Requirements:
Experience in home care, healthcare or a similar role is preferred
QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support or equivalent is an advantage
Good communication skills
Reliable and compassionate approach
Full driving licence and access to a car is desirable
Hours:
Full-time and part-time hours may be available.
Salary:
€15–€18 per hour
